You may use Nokose only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account.
Customer content
You keep ownership of the content, experiment variations, and data you submit. You grant Nokose the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with other users, bypass security measures, or distribute malicious code. We may suspend access if the service is being misused.
Billing and service changes
Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. We may update features, maintain the service, or discontinue parts of the platform when needed for reliability, security, or legal reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nokose is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nokose after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
